It has been a very humid summer here in Wisconsin. Weirdly, humidity makes it harder to breath. On top of that, moving back from Arizona, the weather change has been extra challenging. Most of the time I’m freezing and then the humidity strikes and I’m suffocating in the heat. Any way that I can combat the heat and humidity I’ll use. My favorite method is an endless supply of light, cool drinks. This super easy iced tea that my Mom and I invented has turned out to be the perfect summer refreshment.
We both love iced tea and found Tazo Iced Passion Tea, and it’s fantastic! The directions tell you to add water and ice to the concentrate. To change it up, we added a sparkling Lemon Dasani instead. So refreshing and looks gorgeous too!

Fill glass with ice. I was very thirsty and used a 1qt mason jar. Fill the glass half up with the tea concentrate.
You could make this drink with any combination of tea and sparkling water. I used a Grapefruit La Croix once and I have used other tea varieties. All of the combinations I’ve experimented with have turned out surprisingly well. Go crazy! My mom and I have even talked about making a wine version-I’ll let you know if it turns out!
