If you’ve seen me around this season, then you know I’ve been living in this vest. I’ve been layering it with plaid, chambray, sweaters, even with shirt dresses-you could even say it’s been my uniform. For our mild Phoenix “winters” thin vests are the perfect layer to add texture and warmth without too much bulk.
This two-toned plaid shirt from Gap is easily one of my favorites as well-I love that it’s a little twist on a classic! With all black, it’s the perfect pop of winter color. It’s from last season and I’ve been looking around to find one like it to share with you all and can’t seem to find one anywhere. Bring it back, Gap!
I scored these laser-cut Vince Camuto booties at Last Chance for under $15 and love the detail, plus they are super comfortable to wear all day.
I also love layering small necklaces with button up shirts like this. I found my cross necklace at Frances Vintage in Phoenix and got the cutout geode Shine necklace from the lovely ladies at Be Bona Fide, who will be in Arizona real soon!
We only have a few more weeks of chilly temps, so I’m embracing the opportunity to wear layers while it lasts! Have a great weekend and happy layering!
